The GSI 1973-1991 C30 Dually Air Ride Chassis modernizes the way classic heavy-duty trucks drive, handle, and ride. Designed for builders who demand superior strength, refined suspension geometry, and true air ride performance, this fully fabricated chassis delivers modern road manners while supporting dually wheel configurations.

Each chassis is hand-fabricated, fully welded, and engineered to lay the foundation for a high-end street truck, tow-capable build, or show-quality C30.

Designed for Modern Handling

This chassis is engineered with optimized suspension geometry to minimize camber change throughout suspension travel and eliminate bump steer. Integrated lower control arm alignment cams allow fast, precise alignment adjustments, while the GSI billet tie rod adapter kit works in conjunction with the suspension to maintain proper steering geometry at ride height and when aired out.

The rear suspension system is designed to accommodate most dually wheel setups while supporting aggressive ride heights and stable handling.

Precision Manufacturing

Developed using laser-scanned OEM C30 chassis data, this platform ensures accurate fitment of all suspension and chassis components. Each chassis is fabricated using professional MIG and TIG welding processes and precision-manufactured components.

However, we are not liable for personal or property damages resulting from misuse of our products. Orders may be canceled before shipment, except for special-order and custom items, such as chassis products and air ride suspension. Refunds for eligible returned items will exclude shipping costs and may incur additional fees.
