88-98 OBS Axle Flip Kit

This bolt-on rear axle flip kit is designed for 1988-1998 Chevy & GMC C1500 (OBS) trucks. By relocating the axle above the leaf springs, this kit provides an approximate 5-inch rear drop, giving your truck an aggressive, leveled stance while maintaining excellent ride quality and street-friendly drivability.

Engineered for a precise fit on OEM-style GM rear axle housings, this kit ensures maximum clamping force and perfect alignment on factory leaf-spring suspensions. Like all GSI components, this kit is built for the long haul—no cutting, welding, or permanent modifications to your axle housing are required for installation.

Each structural component is fabricated from heavy-duty 1/4-inch-thick steel plate, then finished in a black powder coat for superior corrosion resistance. We round out the kit with yellow zinc-plated hardware to ensure a reliable, professional-grade installation that stands up to the elements

Installation Overview
