We will replace or repair any product found to be defective as per our inspection. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We offer no warranty on purchased parts such as: Rack & pinion unit, shocks, ball joints, or airbags. Those warranties can be dealt with by manufacturer.

ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED THAT ARE NOT SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR CUSTOMIZED IN ANY WAY CAN BE CANCELLED BEFORE IT SHIPS, EXCEPTIONS INCLUDE SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: ALL CHASSIS PRODUCTS AND AIR RIDE SUSPENSION. TO CANCEL AN ORDER YOU HAVE PLACED WITH GSI MACHINE AND FABRICATION, YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT BY PHONE 1 (877) 951-1890 OR EMAIL SALES@GSIMFAB.COM. BE READY TO PROVIDE YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND CONTACT INFORMATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE CANCELLED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM. IF THE ITEM HAS SHIPPED, THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED. IN THIS CASE, YOU CAN REQUEST TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND, MINUS THE SHIPPING COSTS (ONLY APPLIES TO ELIGIBLE ITEMS). PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF AFTERMARKET PARTS, SOME OF OUR ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE / NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN. full chassis and suspension kits can not be cancelled due to extended lead times or delays. lead times quoted at the time of purchase are merely estimates and is not a confirmed ship date. We recommend that you do not schedule installations or services where these parts are needed until after the product is received.
ORDER REFUSAL / ABANDONED / RETURN TO SENDER
If you, the customer, choose to not accept and/or pick up the package(s) and/or the package(s) is refused, you will be charged for any and all additional fees that are incurred as a result of this refusal, as the package would be abandoned, redelivered, or returned to sender and you will forfeit the right to a refund.
